Two smaller PRs on 24 October 2026 made the site easier to run.

PR #4 added Demo mode under Settings. Turning it on fills the site with sample content, all flagged as demo: 3 topics (Software Development, Sustainable Cities and The Story of Computing), 34 posts, 5 crossroads, 4 ideas, 2 personas and 5 tags. Turning it off removes only the flagged rows in one transaction, and it is blocked if real posts still depend on demo content.

PR #5 (task 886) added a rebuild status countdown and a Rebuild now button to the admin header. The static site is rebuilt after changes with a debounce, and the PR raised the default wait from 30 seconds to 1 hour, with a maximum of 24 hours. Rebuild now skips the wait, and pressing it during a build queues exactly one follow-up build.
