Three PRs merged on the evening of 24 October 2026 (Brisbane time) gave Swift Axis the look it has today.

PR #6 added a Search free images picker for featured images. It searches Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay and Openverse through an editor-only proxy, saves photographer credit with the post, and shows a credit line on the article page. The server re-checks each image by id and only downloads from the provider's own hosts.

PR #7 redesigned the public site in the Threadline style (task 897): dark tokens with one coral accent, Newsreader and Inter type, and guided copy. Words like thread, branch, node and seed were removed from what readers see, replaced by story, journey, topic, "Step n of N" and "Up next". It added reading time, a "Pick up where you left off" card and "Explore by topic" cards.

PR #8 rebuilt the admin as Swift Axis · Studio in the same style (task 898), with a dashboard that suggests one next step, a distraction-free story editor, contact messages, readers and an Umami analytics setting (task 896).
